IT'S CHRISTMAS TIME IN HOLLIS QUEENS!

Yo All!!!

 Yet another Christmas is upon us, is this our 4th or 5th? Can't remember. I think it's the steroids.

Anyway, I just want to say a big thankyou to y'all for all your company, humour and hard work over 2007. We have had few peeps come in, a few leave and some dissapearing off the face of the Earth. All in all it's been a great year with some superb achievements in COD2, especially for a team that put the clan experience ahead of anything else.
I have spoken with Gio recently (our tireless web designer) and he has said that as soon as he gets some time off from running his busy empire, he will design a new template for this site and get everything going a bit smoother. I know that the interface tiki-wiki has put alot of you off from doing more stuff on this version of the site, so the new one should be alot more user friendly. If you have any particular ideas for the new one let me know and I will relay em to Gio.

Our servers have once again ran all year with steady contributions from our members, so thanks for keeping that side of things running. I have heard a few groans from people regarding COD4, and I can sympathise with some of it as my PC is actually older than the bible now. I will say however that y'all should keep at it. It aint COD2, it aint VC, but it's got alot going for it when you get into the gameplay. I can even play SD on it, never thought I'd be saying that to yaz. Some peeps are talking about seeking other games to play, thats fine, but I would urge you not to dissapear off the face of the planet when you do this and let us all know how the games are that you are playing. That way we may have a few more games to enjoy this year (PC limitations taken into account ofcourse)

I have noted that some peeps miss the public playing on TS and have felt that all 2007 was, was funwars or officials all the time. I must say I agree with this and I'll be looking to balance it out in 2008.

Overall the behaviour of everyone in the clan has been exemplary again and I haven't had too many headaches with peeps who feel things aren't going at all to their liking. I think this is a reflection of the fine type of people we attract, and it makes running this show alot easier. So thanks for your understanding, I dont always get it right folks but as long as the whole experience is enjoyable for you then I think we're still on the right track.

So I think that's it, I wish you all and your loved ones a very happy Christmas and a magnificent year in 2008!
