WITNESS THA SH*TNESS!
Guess we had to face one of tha Big Guns sooner or later and against my gut feelin I agreed to give it a go tonight. More thought will go into our war choices in future, this is not to do stheno a disservice, they are an awesome team, but eagerness and connection problems really went against us.

1st Round Toujane
Stheno rushed str9 from the off and had their tactics down right away. We were expecting a scudding but funnily enough it didnt come. The round was going point for point, then the curse that is killing us in wars at the moment (connect lost) struck, and Sleep0 on his wireless (would be better with 2 plastic cups and a piece of string) connection dropped, and didnt come back. We were without a player for the next 4 mins until I got Ando to join and stheno were 8-1 up. What can I say, we were gutted. Round ended 11-1 to the baddies.
2nd Round Toujane
The stheno machine went str8 to work on us from the off and aside from a few encouraging runs on our side we were at 6's and 7's for the whole map. We tried to keep the score down but stheno stretched the lead to a killer 18-3. When the next map loaded and I saw it was leningrad against this lot, I could have stuck my head in my tft and dropped out of the gaming world forever.
3rd Round Leningrad
Our makeshift team struggled on and thought about having a few funky pops at their flag. Turns out the stheno guys were dug in like Alabama tics and we got picked off perfectly as soon as we tried to touch their flag. They on the other hand nipped around the back and flanked us and managed to bring home a few flags. A few of our crew had gone a bit silly by this point and to be honest I was a bit fuming on TS so I just kept quiet and played as best a game as I could. I knew we were on the end of a horrible thumping, the only enjoyable point for me in this round was keeping our flag away from stheno and shottie shootin their guys who tried to recover it. Round end 4-0 to yup, you guessed it, tha baddies.
4th Round Leningrad
By this point it was tits up time and stheno went in for the kill. I would liken it to a big cat toying with it's prey and then dealing the killer blow. We spent most of this round waiting to respawn and stheno dropped the accelerator and dissapeared off into the distance. This was the honkin round, stheno should all become rock climbers because they were climbing up on places I didnt even know existed. This was like something from the First World War and we were walking into the meat grinder. Here come da pain, last round and final score on Leningrad 36-0 to stheno.
Conclusion
Bad choice of night for a war by me against such a quality opponent, and without two key players we were kinda stuffed from the off, oh well, you live and learn. Big Up to stheno, they were top notch and I only wish we could have given them a more gutsy (BRBR) fight tonight but a few things counted against us, hopefully I and others in the clan can address
these troubles and come back out fightin hard. Rothy's tune for this war Led Zeppelin - How Many More Times, why because it's Friday and the Zepps are always good for a friday night, but mostly for stheno on leningrad, each time they took our flag I had the "How Many More Times" line running on a constant loop in my head. And for some reason Japie thought it would be an idea to post a report of 1 word, so now he gets the credit for this wonderfull creation. Don't worry it's comin out his wages @()
